Shipping Policy & Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing times.  You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has left our facility.  

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid shipping delays.  The Company is not responsible for any missing deliveries due to address forwarding or incorrect addresses.  

Return Policy 

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns on items that have been opened

If you would like to return your order, you will have 15 days from the date your order was received to initiate a return.

Refunds will only be considered under the following guidelines: 

  • Product is unopened with original factory seal in tact and in factory-quality-condition as determined by company
  • Purchase date was within 15 days of purchase 
  • No sale or discounted items are accepted for return 

No refunds will be issued for partially used product or product that appears to be handled, opened or tampered with.

Damages and Replacements 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If product appears defective, do not use. Please take a photo of the defective product and email it to hello@recomnd.com along with your order information.
